Kagura shows up, and the gang quickly tries to hide Inuyasha’s human form. Shardless Koga still has beef with Kagura, but his attack is fruitless. After stomping him into the ground, Kagura resolves to use Koga’s two shards to kill Naraku herself.

Naraku’s demons appear, distracting Kagura, and Koga finds an opening to attack her, knocking the shards free. Before he can grab them, she attacks again. Inuyasha makes a run for the jewel shards as the sun starts to rise.

Kagura raises her fan to finish off Koga with a final strike, unleashing another cyclone right on top of him! When the dust clears, human Inuyasha and Miroku stand over Koga, thanks to one of Miroku’s barriers. Just before Inuyasha reverts to his half-demon form, Kagura sees him in his human form.

When Inuyasha figures out Naraku’s half-demon secret, it is a great epiphany for him, but Kagome talks about it as if it was totally obvious this whole time, like duh.
