A demon takes turns possessing each member of the Inuyasha team as they struggle to figure out who or what is behind the unconventional attack.
Original Air Date: 8 Apr 2002, Streamed on: Hulu
While passing through a field at night, the gang is attacked by a very large centipede demon. Miroku handles it suspiciously easily with a single whack on the head from his staff, and the people from the nearby village are elated.
That night, following a banquet in the gang’s honor, a small, sleepwalking child enters Miroku’s room and nearly pees on him. Sango shows up a little later, and without saying a word, attacks him with her giant boomerang. Her eyes are open, but she appears to be sleeping.
Inuyasha stops her, but she doesn’t wake up until Miroku grabs her butt again.
Shortly after they determine that something possessed Sango, that something overtakes Miroku. He attacks the rest of the crew for a bit before clumsily tripping over something in the field. A small flea-like creature, not unlike Myoga, jumps out of Miroku’s hair and bounces away.
Just then, another giant centipede demon rises up from the ground and attacks, but Inuyasha quickly wastes it with a wind scar. They gang thinks they have defeated the threat, but it now possesses Inuyasha. It has a bone to pick with Myoga!
The possessed Inuyasha gets bedroom eyes at Shippo. The demon was another flea, Myoga’s betrothed, who is mad that Myoga keeps absconding. They pacify her by arranging the wedding, but Myoga flees again!

Did you miss it?
At a banquet, Miroku asks around yet again for willing wombs. At this point, I should probably add this to the episode score cards. “Granny” graciously offers hers.
